Appointments
Booking through this website reserves your time slot with the technician you choose (or the first available one). If you're running late, give us a call at (917) 745-0169 — after 15 minutes we may need to shorten your service or offer the slot to a walk-in.
Cancellations
Plans change — you can cancel or reschedule at no charge. We just ask that you let us know as early as you can so another client can take the spot.
Prices & payment
Prices listed are starting prices; the final price can vary with length, art, and add-ons — your technician will confirm before starting. We accept cash, all major cards, and Apple Pay.
Refund policy
No refunds are provided on services performed. Prices do not include tax or gratuity and are subject to change without notice — all prices are available for review before services begin.
Your wellbeing
Please tell your technician about any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before your service. We sterilize all equipment after every client.
