What we collect
When you book an appointment we collect your name, phone number, email, and appointment details (service, date, and time). That's it — we don't collect location data, analytics identifiers, or advertising data.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to manage your appointments: confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Payments
Payments are processed in person or through Square. We never see or store your card details.
Data retention & deletion
Appointment records are kept to operate the business. To request deletion of your data, call us at (917) 745-0169 or ask in the salon, and we'll remove it within 30 days.
